Shipping

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from our EU studio. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted especially for you and require approximately 16 to 18 weeks for production before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this period, production may have already begun and we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Made-to-order, custom, and bespoke pieces are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
